Position Summary This position leads the team of Member Service Associates and manages the operations of the Member Services department, ensuring that all Villa Sport members receive five-star service when entering and departing the club and when requesting changes to or information about their membership account. Compensation and Benefits Include $15.16 hourly, plus commission on all sessions. CO Sick time pay. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Highly proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently. Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus. Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, customer-facing position. Servant leadership mindset.
