Operations Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in production scheduling, employee management, hiring, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules. Lead, coach, and supervise production employees. Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members. Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees. Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. Improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow. Work closely with purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments. Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing management or operations experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Strong leadership and people-management skills. Experience with production scheduling. Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
