Job Summary: The Soft Drink Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a sales team to drive volume growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across assigned territories and accounts. This role oversees sales execution, customer relationships, pricing and promotional strategies, and team performance while ensuring alignment with company goals and supplier expectations. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations, merchandising, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional service and profitable growth. Job Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and performance expectationsDrive sales growth through effective execution of pricing, promotions, displays, and product placement strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, key accounts, and supplier partnersAnalyze sales trends, market conditions, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve resultsConduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, and account reviews to support team development and execution standardsMonitor territory performance and ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targetsPartner with merchandising, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure high levels of customer service and product availabilityAssist with annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and sales strategy development
