Lounge Manager
Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge
Are you a dependable, optimistic Food and Beverage Leadership professional with experience with a lounge/bar setting? Our Lounge Manager position is responsible for the overall function of the Lounge, including but not limited to ordering supplies and merchandise, Inventorying, completing monthly, quarterly and annual financial and inventory reports, drink creation and marketing, staffing and leadership of the lounge team based on Bavarian Inn Lodge Leadership standards.
HOURS:
FULL TIME: 5-6 days per week; 45 hours per week (average). Earliest shift is 12:00 p.m., latest shift is out at 3:00 a.m. Must be available weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
