Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: 25 hours per week
Duration: Second week of January – Second week of April 2028
Compensation: Paid Internship
Future Opportunity: Potential to continue as a Summer Intern or Staff Accountant I
Overview
Join KWC, one of Virginia's Top 25 public accounting firms, for a hands-on Tax Season Internship. You'll gain practical experience preparing tax returns, working with client engagements, and collaborating with experienced professionals in a supportive learning environment.
The program includes:
- Structured training combined with hands-on client work
- Support from a dedicated mentor, peer buddy, and supervisor
- Regular check-ins to support your growth and development
What We're Looking For
- Students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting (3.0 GPA preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
