Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Houston, NV Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive, interview-based C&P exams and separation health assessments. Conduct physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions using METs testing. Review medical records and provide detailed clinical documentation and medical opinions. Complete follow-up administrative tasks, including addendums and reading diagnostics, as required. Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full Nurse Practitioner license. Current AANP certification. Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular health. Must be willing to complete and become DMA certified (training provided by the client). Willingness to perform General Medicine evaluations. A Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required. Must own a laptop for documentation (Apple/Mac products are not compatible with the required software). Providers using a personal office must provide comprehensive facility photos verifying handicap accessibility (parking, entrances, restrooms), medical supplies, and safety equipment. Submission must include a current CV with home address, license and certification numbers, and disclosure of any active military or VA employment. International graduates must provide an ECFMG certificate. What We Offer Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less. Daily Rate: $1200 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer. Training Bonus: A one-time bonus of $650 upon completion of all required training and performance of the first exams. A streamlined onboarding and credentialing process.
