Established Community (NOT a Lease-Up)

At Cabana, we're looking for a Community Manager who knows how to close deals, drive occupancy, and coach a team to do the same.

Qualifications:

2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Proven success in leasing performance and team leadership
Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

You know how to lease apartments and close consistently
You can coach, train, and motivate leasing teams to hit and exceed goals
You create a sales culture focused on urgency, follow-up, and conversion
You're comfortable holding your team accountable to traffic, tours, and closing ratios
You balance sales performance with resident satisfaction and retention

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily property operations of a conventional apartment community
Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and revenue growth
Manage budgets, financials, and rent collections
Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team
Maintain property standards and curb appeal
Deliver strong resident satisfaction and retention strategies
Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies
