What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll be a key part of our manufacturing teamhelping produce high-quality garage doors that our customers rely on every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Production: Work on the production line assembling garage doors using tools, materials, and step-by-step processes
• Material Handling: Safely move materials using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Quality Checks: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standardsyour attention to detail matters
• Inventory Support: Help keep materials organized, stocked, and ready for production
• Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE to maintain a safe work environment
• Teamwork: Collaborate with your crew and supervisors to hit daily production goals

What We're Looking For

You don't need experiencewe'll train you. What matters most is your work ethic and reliability.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat/cold conditions may vary)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts (consistent, full-time hours) plus overtime during busy season
