Viking Coca-Cola remains a dedicated family-run establishment that includes the Faber family and extends beyond to all members of the team including delivery drivers, sales personnel, executive management, and our partners.Your Next ChallengeAs a Lead Merchandiser, you’ll keep Viking Coca-Cola looking sharp and running smooth across our customer locations—protecting freshness, driving standards, and keeping accounts ready for what’s next. You’ll lead by example on the floor, support sales initiatives, and keep communication flowing between store teams, sales reps, and drivers.Key responsibilities include merchandising to standards, rotating product, managing inventory and handheld order entry, building displays/promotions, maintaining cleanliness at customer sites, completing required paperwork, and stepping in for delivery support or driver shortages when needed. You’ll also train and coach FT/PT Merchandisers and provide vacation coverage for Sales Bulk Reps.Required skills/qualifications: - Strong customer service and clear communication- Merchandising/display building; inventory accuracy and attention to detail- Comfortable with handheld devices and independent decision-making- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack; lift/move up to 2,200 lbs- Valid driver’s license and current auto insuranceReady to take the lead—apply today.Fast-Paced FlowYou’ll start by mapping your stops, syncing up with store leaders, and moving with purpose through aisles and backrooms.
