*Duties*

* Provide expert guidance on weight management, long-term care nutrition, and specialized diets such as tube feeding
* Educate patients on healthy eating habits, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching strategies to foster sustainable change
* Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and clinical responses
* Supervise dietary department staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
* Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately

*Requirements*

* Registered Dietitian credential from an accredited program with current licensure or certification as required by local regulations
* Proven experience in hospital settings, acute care, or long-term care environments with geriatrics focus
* Strong knowledge of physiology related to digestion, metabolism, and nutritional needs across age groups
* Hands-on experience with dietary management for tube feeding and specialized nutrition support
* Expertise in conducting patient assessments, creating care plans, and performing diagnostic evaluations
* Background in health coaching techniques to motivate behavioral change and support weight loss initiatives
* Supervising experience within a dietary or healthcare team is highly desirable
* Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and clinical communication
