This role is perfect for someone who: Enjoys talking on the phone Is naturally personable and persuasive Likes performance-based pay Wants control over how much they earn Has experience working in a salon with MindBody (desired but not required) What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings Follow up on leads quickly and confidently Sell memberships and retail products Create an exceptional first impression for every guest Pay Hourly base + commission + bonuses Typical earnings: $17–$20/hr If you don’t enjoy sales or working with people, this is not the job for you.
