ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. The opportunity to own and build my own business is what initially attracted me to becoming a State Farm agent, and I've enjoyed creating an agency centered around strong relationships and providing real value to our customers. Outside of work, I'm married with two children.

Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency contributes to local golf outings and sponsors area sports teams, giving us opportunities to support the organizations and families around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Jeff Barrett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
