Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a Project Manager for our Water Division in Southern California. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple aspects of project control, and a proven track record in guiding functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients. Responsibilities Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and management of personnel. Oversee project start‑up, completion, and close‑out process. Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting. Manage contractual issues. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Accurately forecast costs for job completion. Provide leadership and development to project team. Resolve problems and make final decisions. Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans. Identify issues to Program Manager to ensure project success. Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete. Ensure construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed. Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects meet safety goals. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in construction project management. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience managing construction teams. Demonstrated success in client relationships. Relocation may be required for specific roles.
