• Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience).
• Weekly Pay: Over $1,000 per week with our standard 50-hour work week!
• Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM) - Enjoy your mornings off!
• Growth: This is a Temp-to-Hire position with full benefits offered upon permanent hire.

Your Typical Day

• Assemble & Install: Build and install components using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Prep for Success: Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to gather the right materials for the build.
• Precision Work: Use templates and read measurements to ensure everything fits perfectly.
• Quality Check: Test the final product to ensure it functions exactly as it should.

• Experience: Background in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Sharp Eye: Excellent attention to detail-you take pride in doing it right the first time.
• Reliability: A stable job history and dependable transportation are essential.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
