Responsibilities Comprehensive exams and diagnosis Treatment planning and case presentation Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges Extractions and basic surgical procedures Preventative care and patient education Maintaining accurate clinical records Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a generous guaranteed base salary plus quarterly bonuses based on 33% of net production. Associates in this role have historically earned approximately $225,000+ annually after bonuses.
