OB/Gyn Medical Director Role
4-day Work Week & 6-weeks’ Off

• Medical Director Role
• 4-day Work Week AND 6 Weeks PTO
• Only 10 days of Backup Call
• New Robots Available but not required
• Receive ALL Robotics cases (if desired)
• Midwife OB Hospitalist Team
• Instant Volume with 2 OB's Retiring
• 30 mi outside Knoxville w/ SEC Div I University
• Metro Amenities w/ Smoky Mountain Views
  
• Medical Dir: Board Certified w/ 5+ yr experience
• Non-Medical Director: Board Certified or Eligible

• $450,000+ (always on salary)
• Plus RVU Bonus with NO CAP!
• Plus up to $75,000 Commencement & Relocation
  
• Plus up to $50,000 Med Director Stipend
• Plus $15,000 - $30,000 per year for Oversight
• Plus up to $10,000/year Quality Bonus
• Plus $1,000/day for Additional Backup call (if desired)
• Plus $5,000 CME & Licensure
• Plus Full Benefits, 401k Plus Match, Paid Malpractice & Tail
