What You'll Do

As an LVN/LPN, you'll provide quality nursing care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Documenting nursing care accurately and timely
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Communicating changes in patient condition to the RN and healthcare team
• Providing wound care and other treatments within scope of practice
• Supporting patients with activities of daily living as needed
• Maintaining infection control and patient safety standards
• Delivering compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas LVN license or MULTI-STATE license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute-care experience is a plus
