Our mission is to delight our valued customers with a distinguished array of prime steak cuts meticulously sourced from the top 12% of North American cattle.
As a Grill Cook at Great American Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables
- Braising and grilling meat and vegetables to perfection
- Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
- Preventing cross-contamination to maintain the highest standards of food safety

At Great American Steakhouse, we value your skills and dedication. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules, including weekend availability and Monday to Friday shifts. No formal education is required, as long as you have the passion and talent for grilling. The starting pay rate for this position is $10.50 per hour.
