As a senior full‑stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques, identify needed system improvements, and help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Responsibilities Develop end‑to‑end software and systems from vision to production. Master new tools and techniques. Identify and implement system improvements. Help clients with challenging problems using modern architecture, tools, and technologies. Ensure solutions align with current architecture, operating environment, and future enhancements. Qualifications Required 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience with C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, or similar languages and tools. Experience developing complete solutions using both back‑end and front‑end languages. Ability to solve complex problems within a collaborative team environment. Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Preferred Experience with Java, React, Node.js, or database technologies. Experience with Linux at the systems level, including networking, filesystems, and containers. Experience acquiring client requirements and optimizing workflows through automation. Experience using Rust or modern C++ in production. Ability to work with automated testing tools for testing and maintenance. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The projected compensation range for this position is based on various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Work Model Remote: If listed as remote, you may still be required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility on occasion. Hybrid: If listed as hybrid, you are expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, and may also be required to visit a customer facility. Onsite: If listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
