This HR Partner role will lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution, advise leaders on complex employee matters, and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, with particular emphasis on Nevada wage-and-hour practices.This is a hands-on role for a leader who brings strong judgment, thorough documentation, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to translate employment requirements and company policy into practical guidance.
