Job Overview WSP USA Inc. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Strategic Growth Team and support the development of high-quality visual communications across print and digital platforms. You will collaborate with technical experts, project teams, and marketing professionals to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions that engage diverse audiences. Responsibilities Design and produce high‑quality visual communications across print and digital platforms, including proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and web‑based assets. Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging visual solutions using strong layout, typography, color, and storytelling principles. Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, and layouts that align with brand standards and project goals. Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple design assignments, balancing priorities across concurrent projects and deadlines. Support project execution by taking ownership of design tasks and, where appropriate, aspects of project coordination. Partner with project managers, technical staff, and cross‑functional teams to develop and refine design concepts. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to deliver polished, high‑quality final products. Support client‑facing efforts by contributing to presentations, pursuits, and marketing materials. Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and technologies; proactively apply new approaches to enhance design outcomes. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all design outputs. Uphold company standards for ethics, safety, and professional conduct in all work. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital design, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office tools. Experience designing for both print and digital platforms. Strong visual communication, layout, and typography skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in A/E/C or professional services environment. Projected salary range: $67,900.00 – $105,900.00 based on location, education, experience, skills, ability, and internal equity.
