Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and bid packages for commercial construction projects.
- Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project documents to identify scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Estimate Division 10 specialties and related scopes, with exposure to drywall, acoustical, doors, frames, and hardware.
- Research and apply local material, labor, equipment, code, and market cost information.
- Work closely with pre-construction, project management, vendors, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
- Help support project engineers, assistant estimators, and junior team members as needed.
- Continue developing product knowledge across multiple commercial construction scopes.
- Contribute to a high-performing estimating team focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and winning quality work.
- 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
- Experience with specialties, Division 10, drywall, doors, frames, hardware, acoustical ceilings, or related commercial scopes is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bid environment with limited direct supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required with strong relevant experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
