Quality Assurance Analyst

Quality Assurance LeadEstablishing, sustaining, driving, and monitoring quality assurance processes, practices, and controls in support of application and system requirement, development and test activities throughout the software development and sustainment lifecycles. Provides leadership and consulting on quality assurance methodology. Leads quality improvements to requirement, development and test procedures and responsible for the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and tools.Team culture/work environment :Support the Starbucks Native Mobile appBeing a good team playerStrong communication skillsKey projects :Either helping test iOS, Android Starbucks mobile or Web application.Daily Responsibilities :Work experience in software application development and software quality assurance testing (5-7 years)Experience creating and executing quality assurance test plans, scenarios, cases, checklists and scripts (5-7 years)Experience in software requirements, development, and testing activities with multiple, simultaneous quality assurance efforts, and a track record as a contributor with providing quality assurance support in an analyst capacity, including tools development and usageDemonstrated collaboration on project teams and interaction with project managers, business and functional analysts, developers and the business community directly related to quality assurance responsibilities and rolesExperience with reading, interpreting, and reviewing code and doing PR validations.Demonstrate test management processes and technical skills, including an understanding of manual and automated test execution and performance related tools.Demonstrate knowledge using version control and defect tracking methods, including an understanding of associated toolsKnowledge of project management skills, including an understanding of project management processes and related toolsKnowledge of application software development life cycle concepts, lean and agile best practices, environment, and configuration management, as well as test management methodologies and practicesExperience in the fast-paced Mobile app development environment, with two-week releasesHands on native mobile app testing experience with iOS or Android (3-5 years); having both is a plusTechnology requirements?:AgileNative Mobile app testing experienceExperience using Proxy tools: Charles/Fiddler/PostmanExperience using ADB / Logcat/ StackTrace, etc.Experience with IDE - Android Studio/XcodeDegree or certifications required?:· noYears experience?:· 3-5Required background?
