The Role:

As a Assistant Store Manager at Hummus Republic, you will play a key role in delivering a fresh, healthy, and welcoming dining experience for our guests. You will lead daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the high food quality standards that represent the Hummus Republic brand. The manager will oversee team performance, store operations, and guest satisfaction while creating a positive and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities :

· Lead and supervise the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.

· Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

· Help train and mentor team members on Hummus Republic standards, food safety, and customer service.

· Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet brand standards. Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

· Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Assist with scheduling, labor management, and team performance development.

· Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement to increase store sales.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant is required.

· Strong food handling skills with knowledge of safety regulations.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Passionate about food, service, and being part of a dynamic team
