Supervisor - Custom Jersey

The Retail Supervisor Custom Jersey is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the custom jersey station, ensuring every fan receives a personalized, high-quality product and exceptional customer service. This role leads a team of associates, manages jersey customization production, maintains quality standards, and creates memorable fan experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Essential responsibilities include supervising the daily operation of the custom jersey station, leading, coaching, and motivating team members, assisting fans with jersey customization, operating and overseeing heat press and customization equipment, inspecting finished products, managing production queues, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with merchandising and inventory teams, resolving guest concerns, training new associates, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting store opening, closing, cash handling, and other supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications include the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
