Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Practice: Advanced Dermatology Care Location: Agoura Hills, CA Position Type: Part-Time About the Role Advanced Dermatology Care is looking for a skilled, independent, and passionate Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Agoura Hills, CA . This is an exciting part-time opportunity for a practice-ready clinician to deliver exceptional care in a dynamic, specialty-focused dermatology practice. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Surgical Dermatology Perform comprehensive full-body skin examinations. Diagnose and treat a wide range of common skin conditions (acne, rosacea, rashes, warts, psoriasis, eczema, etc.). Confidently identify and manage skin cancers (BCC, SCC, and precursor lesions). Perform diagnostic biopsies, destruction procedures, and minor surgical procedures independently. Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe necessary medications and therapies. Cosmetics & Aesthetics (Preferred) Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers with a natural, skilled approach. Perform aesthetic procedures including PRP therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments . Provide personalized cosmetic consultations and skincare recommendations. Patient Care & Administration Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to maintain exceptional quality of care. Accurately document patient encounters and maintain medical records using our EMR system. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct, independent clinical and surgical dermatology experience as a PA or NP. Licensure: Current, active PA-C or NP license in the state of California in good standing. Certifications: Active DEA license and Board Certification (NCCPA for PAs or AANP/ANCC for NPs). Skills: Strong procedural capability, excellent EMR proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
