Sourcing Manager

Developing and driving sourcing strategies for Facility Management Services, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will build cross-functional relationships, manage supplier performance, and lead sourcing initiatives to deliver value to clients. Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to align sourcing strategies with business needs Conduct market analysis and develop category plans to identify cost efficiencies and operational improvements Oversee supplier contract management, ensuring compliance and managing supplier performance reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management Strong analytical skills with experience in market and spend analysis Ability to manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks effectively Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
