(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Sam's Club #8262, 12349 N IH 35, San Antonio, TX 78233-3201. Responsibilities Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Operate forklift safely following company standards, picking, moving, and placing merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers. Receive, organize, and manage merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, maintaining inventory flow and completing required paperwork. Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, offer guidance, assist with self‑service technology, and resolve issues. Maintain facility safety, conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and correct/report unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor presentation: zone areas, stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged or outdated goods, and set up displays. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, staged, and audited for accuracy. Handle inventory: move and display goods safely, maintain in‑stock levels, manage shrinkage, and report issues. Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report poor or unsafe conditions, and ensure proper working order. Proactively assist customers with technology services and items. Identify and address shrink opportunities and product or work‑area issues. Support operating standards by maintaining equipment, organization, and prompt issue resolution. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior forklift experience with certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
