Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience.
• California Physical Therapy Assistant license required to start.
• Tdap required to start.
• Flu required to start.
• TB required to start.
• HEP B required to start.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Must be open to floating.
