Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the investment advisory space, bringing a strong financial background and strategic mindset into the agency. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
