What You'll Do

• Learn about and share our unique collection of teas, spices, seasonings, and culinary gifts.
• Welcome customers and create engaging, personalized shopping experiences.
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and recommend products and pairings that match customers' interests.
• Meet individual sales goals while contributing to daily store revenue targets.
• Maintain displays, replenish merchandise, process transactions, and support daily store operations.
