Healthcare Design Planner

Our client, is seeking a Healthcare Design Planner to support integrated facility planning, operational design, and implementation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing client deliverables, and improving operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting facility planning, workplace planning, operational design, engineering, consulting, or related environments. This individual should be comfortable interpreting floor plans, analyzing operational flow, developing executive-level presentations, and supporting project execution from planning through implementation. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, this individual will contribute to client engagements by coordinating project activities, maintaining organized workflows, supporting implementation efforts, and helping enhance delivery processes, tools, and methodologies. Responsibilities Support healthcare facility planning, operational design, and implementation engagements through project coordination, deliverable management, and workflow support. Assist with proposal development, presentations, graphics, case studies, and executive-level client materials. Support project documentation, templates, dashboards, schedules, and standard work materials to ensure consistent delivery. Analyze floor plans, space layouts, and operational workflows to support planning recommendations and client solutions. Coordinate communication, follow-up actions, and project activities across multidisciplinary teams. Assist with process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and enhancements to delivery tools and methodologies. Utilize technology and visualization tools to support project execution, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions. Participate in client meetings, implementation activities, and team initiatives that support high-quality project delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in facility planning, workplace planning, healthcare planning, design consulting, engineering services, industrial engineering, facilities management, consulting, or a related field. Experience supporting multidisciplinary projects, operational workflows, implementation activities, or project coordination efforts. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience creating client-facing presentations, graphics, documentation, process maps, dashboards, or similar deliverables. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio. Experience with AutoCAD required; Revit preferred. Familiarity with Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, or other visualization tools is a plus.
