Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Max Motors Dealerships. In this position, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and related services on a variety of vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct oil changes and filter replacements efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to the service advisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance.
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices.
- Proven experience as an oil change technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certifications in automotive service or repair.
- Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
