Position Summary
We are seeking a part-time, EMDR trained licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who is skilled in providing trauma-informed individual therapy both in person and remotely. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, steady referrals, and a supportive community as they grow their caseload and develop their EMDR skills.

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical license in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
Completion of EMDR Basic Training (Weekend 1 and 2)
Commitment to trauma-focused and trauma-informed care
Experience supporting BIPOC individuals through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Appreciation for a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment
Interest in building and maintaining a steady part-time caseload
