• Starting pay: $22/hour, depending on experience.

• Conduct meticulous tire inspections to identify damage, uneven wear, and performance issues.
• Mount and balance tires using the right tools and proven procedures.
• Apply and verify proper torque when securing tires to wheels.
• Engage customers, diagnose concerns, and offer clear, professional recommendations.
• Plan and prioritize a mix of shop work and service calls to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safety standards when handling heavy tires and operating equipment in potentially hazardous settings.
• Respond quickly to tire repair, replacement, and installation requests during on-call periods.

• Strong attention to detail and diagnostic ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort working independently and managing on-call duties.
• Working knowledge of tire categories, sizing, specs, and repair techniques.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 lbs.
