Certifications: BLS Certification, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

Must-Have: Ability to scrub cardiac and peripheral cases. 2 years of cath lab experience.

Description: The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for performing cardiac invasive procedures. The role involves scrubbing for both cardiac and peripheral cases. The average workload is approximately 8 cases per day. Technologists will participate in a call rotation and are expected to respond within 30 minutes. Call requirements include an average of 12 days per month, including weekends and holidays. Experience with electronic medical records systems, specifically Cerner, is preferred. The technologist will work alongside a team of nurses and doctors in a dynamic setting. Please note that candidates who have been employed in the past year by facilities associated with the health system will not be considered for this position.
