As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll support patient treatments, assist licensed clinicians, and help maintain smooth clinic operations. What You Will Get Direct exposure to patient care under the leadership of a physical therapist Observation hours for PT school or other healthcare applications Opportunity for career progression within a nationwide physical therapy practice Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapy Aide Greet patients and escort them to the treatment area as directed by the therapist or assistant Clean and prepare the treatment room for the next patient Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment Answer and direct telephone calls Qualifications High School diploma or GED (submission of diploma required for the highest level of education obtained) Customer Service experience preferred Year‑round employment required; seasonal hires not accepted Schedule PRN; flexible schedule Monday‑Thursday: 7 am–7 pm Friday: 7 am–3:15 pm Compensation Pay Range: $16–18 per hour. (Pay may vary based on background, experience, and location.)
