Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Logan, UT (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

iWorQ is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts. This position plays a critical role in our sales organization by identifying potential customers, engaging municipal decision-makers, and scheduling qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.

This is an activity-driven role requiring persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills. Successful SDRs are self-directed, resilient, highly coachable, and comfortable managing a high-volume outreach schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, and other outreach methods
• Complete 75+ outbound calls daily to municipal organizations nationwide
• Research and identify key contacts and decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities using established criteria
• Schedule product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information within Pipedrive
• Consistently achieve call, qualification, and demo-setting goals
• Collaborate with Account Executives to support pipeline development
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn software systems quickly
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity goals

Preferred but not required

• Previous sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, retail, or call center experience
• CRM experience, preferably Pipedrive
• Experience meeting performance metrics or production goals
  

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay + commissions
• $20 per qualified demo scheduled
• 12.5%-20% commission opportunities
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000-$60,000+ annually
• Uncapped earning potential
