Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required) Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm (flexible Saturdays as needed). Location: 16441 Space Center Blvd, Building A, Suite 200, Houston, TX, 77058. Position Type: Full‑time. Start Date: Immediate. What You’ll Be Doing Work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy. Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data. Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities to teach skills. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team and occasionally support nearby clinics. Watch a Behavior Technician at work: Job Requirements At least 18 years old. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, health sciences, or a related field. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active during sessions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Comfortable with frequent sitting, standing, crouching, and floor work. Team‑mindset to support other clinics when needed.
