We are committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced MDS Assessor (RN) to join our team. The MDS Assessor is responsible for completing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate MDS 3.0 assessments, compliance with CMS regulations, and appropriate PDPM reimbursement.
