You will provide rehabilitation services as an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). This role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Employment Type: Travel

Shift: Variable 5 days per week

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years of experience in the SNF/ICF setting preferred

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Current State of Hawaii license in good standing appropriate to the discipline
