Home Health Operations Manager

to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing home health organization. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with

3+ years of management experience in a large or growing home health organization

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, improving operational processes, and effectively overseeing the complexities of a large-scale home health operation. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative and operational functions. Lead, manage, and support administrative and operational teams. Establish and improve workflows, processes, and procedures. Monitor productivity, performance, and operational outcomes. Partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure effective coordination and communication. Support staffing, scheduling, employee development, and performance management. Ensure compliance with applicable home health regulations and company policies. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Support organizational growth, census development, and overall business objectives. Provide leadership and operational recommendations to senior management. Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in home health required. Experience managing operations within a

large or growing home health organization strongly preferred. Strong administrative and managerial experience. Proven ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable. Strong knowledge of home health operations and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong computer and EMR skills. College degree not required; equivalent hands-on home health management experience will be considered.
