Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition using strong clinical judgment
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
- Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation
- Support a positive and professional work environment through effective communication
- Active Illinois RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Recent Rehab or Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
- Experience with neuro/stroke patients is a plus
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to work every third weekend rotation
- Competitive weekly pay package - $2,200/week
