Production Operator

What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Communicate equipment concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel
- Follow production schedules and support daily output goals
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members and participate in cross-training opportunities
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
