Bay Ridge Volkswagen is hiring a Volkswagen Certified Technician to join our growing team. This is a union position offering excellent benefits consistent work and a professional environment where your skills are valued.

We are looking for an experienced reliable technician who takes pride in quality work. The ideal candidate lives in Brooklyn Queens or Staten Island and can consistently get to and from work on time. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Use Volkswagen tools systems and factory procedures to complete repairs.
• Document work performed and flag time accurately.
• Communicate with service advisors and team members to keep work moving through the shop.
• Maintain a clean safe and professional workspace.
• Complete required factory training to maintain Volkswagen certification.

Requirements:

• Volkswagen certification required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy shop.
• New York State Inspectors License preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
