Role and Responsibilities As a Sales Associate at Mark Rossmiller State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include: Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized products. Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Conduct in‑depth consultations, identify coverage needs, and present suitable solutions in a clear manner. Build strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall agency success. Qualifications To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a genuine passion for sales is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong commitment to outstanding customer service and long‑term relationships. Self‑motivated, goal‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic insurance knowledge is advantageous. Bilingual in Spanish.
