Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer is hiring 2+ accomplished soccer coaches to join our part-time coaching team! If you’re passionate about developing young players and want to be part of an elite soccer environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For
- · Authorized to work in the USA
- · Passion for player development and teamwork
- · Living within 30 minutes commuter distance of Cave Creek, Arizona.
Qualifications
- · Holds a coaching license (preferred)
- · Experience coaching 11v11 game formats
- · Playing experience.
Responsibilities
Implement training programs for youth soccer players to enhance their skills and teamwork.
Conduct practice sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness.
Assess player performance and provide written and verbal feedback to foster improvement.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment during training and matches.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss player progress and goals.
Hiring Process

Step 4: Successful candidates will be invited for a final interview to finalize coaching assignments and contract terms.
