Job Specifications Starting Wage: $2.13/hr - $7.57/hr + tips If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Make connections with guests and co‑workers Share our passion for the mountains during service Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting Create hot and cold beverages to specifications Prepare the bar for successful operation throughout the shift Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the work day Optional ski/snowboard after work (optional + location dependent) Other duties as assigned Job Requirements 3+ years of bartending experience Desire to learn and grow Must be 21 or over Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lbs Employee Benefits Ski/mountain perks: free passes for employees, employee‑discounted lift tickets for friends and family, and free ski lessons Additional employee discounts on lodging, food, gear, and mountain shuttles 401(k) retirement plan Employee assistance program Excellent training and professional development Referral program The expected pay range is $2.13/hr - $7.57/hr + tips.
