Hours: 7:45 AM 8:15 PM
Schedule: Rotating, including weekends
Patient Volume: 45 patients/shift
Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
EMR: Cerner
Call: None
Admissions: None
Support: 4 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 APPs, 2 office staff
Locations: Lafayette & West Lafayette, IN
License: Active Indiana license or IMLC
Certifications: BLS, ACLS & PALS
Board Certification: Required/eligible per facility requirements
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Travel: Lodging available; nearest airport is Indianapolis (IND)
