Recommends changes to improve quality of care.Participate in departments and program work with corporate clients.Assume fiscal responsibility for the expenditures.Attain and maintain adherence to prescribed regulatory standards.Perform system analysis to create new systems and operating procedures or revises established systems to achieve maximum efficiency of the department's patient care deliveryMinimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)Current State Registered Nurse (RN) licenseGood human relations and customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills (strong oral, written, communication skills, excellent organizational skills and time management)Willing to manage the department beyond the normal operational schedule as many of our patients may be in time zones that required communication at off hoursExtensive management experience in clinical environments and administrative duties related to the work of the department (will be evaluated and may be substituted for educational achievements)Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Master's Degree5 years of recent management experiencePhysical Requirements:Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to meeting.Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.Personal Protective Equipment:Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.The policy of Cleveland Clinic Health System and its system hospitals (Cleveland Clinic Health System) is to provide equal opportunity to all of our caregivers and applicants for employment in our drug free environment.
